We're one church, meeting in different places most weeks. Every so often, it matters that we actually see that — that we stand in one room together and remember what we're here for: to see lives transformed on our campus and in our city, through Jesus Christ, for the glory of God.

Programme
10–11 am: Session one — all together
We kick off together in the Ngaio Marsh Theatre as one church — songs, stories, and something special for the kids.

11–11.30 am: Morning tea
11.30 am–1 pm: Session two
Our main teaching session for the day. Kids head off to their own age-appropriate programme, running alongside.

Parents' room with live feed available
1–2.15 pm: Lunch
Provided by the catering team — a donation of $8 per person or $20 per family is appreciated to cover costs.
2.15–3 pm: Session three — all together
We close the day together — kids back with us — with songs, prayer, and a look at what's ahead for Vision 2030.
Afterparty
Stick around from 3 pm for some sport out on Ilam Fields.

Where do I park?
There is free onsite parking outside the venue in the UCSA Carpark. Overflow parking is available in the Science Carpark further down Ilam Road.
Is the venue mobility accessible?
Yes!
Hearing Loop: The Ngaio Marsh Theatre, where our main sessions will run, features a hearing loop — both passive and active.
Wheelchair Access: Haere-roa is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair allocated seating for theatre shows in the Ngaio Marsh Theatre. The building features two lifts, one up to each half of the second story.
Accessible Transport: Haere-roa is on public transport routes.
Mobility Car Parks: There are Mobility Car Parks located close to Haere-roa’s main entrance and the route to the entrance is step free.
There are several accessible toilets within the building, including in the Social Space and the Ngaio Marsh Theatre on the first floor, and in the Bentley’s bathrooms on the second floor — these are all clearly marked.
What's happening for kids?
Our first and final sessions are all-in — we don't want anyone to miss out on the encouragement from coming together. Session two will have full kids' programmes from age one to year eight. A parents' room with a live feed will be available during each session.
How do I pay for lunch?
Eftpos will be available on the day, or you can make a payment to our events account ahead of time.
