Whānau Week

17th-24th October 2021

"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28–30)

Gentle and lowly in heart — this is the way Jesus describes who he is at his core. Over the course of Whānau Week, we're going to reflect on what this means for us, using Dane Ortlund's book Gently and Lowly: The Heart of Christ for Sinners and Sufferers as a conversation partner.

Check out the events below; we’d love you to take advantage of the opportunity to grow in your relationships here.
